Hey UC’ers,
I have been meaning to post this video for you to see for some time, and after sending it out to a fellow UC’er who is going through some tuff times right now, I making sure that you all check it out if you have a few spare minutes. The diet this doctor describes is very similar to the SCD diet that I follow to treat my ulcerative colitis. It is not identical, but very close and its also very close to the Paleo diet and several other diets. (Heck there seems to be a new diet everyday right?:)
Also, this woman like me was struggling with medications for quite some time, and she just like me continued to see her health going downhill. But diet appears to have helped her alot, which is pretty sweet.
So please take a look, I hope you find her interesting. She for sure has done lots of research to help her with her disease, and her story is pretty incredible.
