Dr. Swanson is a digestive diseases specialist and has been my dr for three years. He is my fifth GI and definitely the best–very knowledgeable and up to date with research, and most importantly very patient and an excellent listener. We have had many lengthy conversations about my UC care and I have never once felt he did not have the time to talk or discuss options. Medications and other UC issues are always discussed and decided upon jointly, and his genuine concern is always to get me back to normal as quickly and safely as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for empathy, patience and solid judgement in an IBD specialist.
