The staff is rude and highly pathetic. They don't know how to speak and behave properly with patient. With no smile on face and unfriendly nature I highly recommend to for some other Doctor I you don't want to get insulted and value your time
I got the referral for Dr. Villa from Houston Methodist as well as heard good things about him from other people.
The staff is very professional and efficient.
You never have to wait long in the waiting room.
The office is clean.
They are flexible with their schedule.
Dr. Villa takes time to answer your questions and find out the true cause of your digestive issues.
I feel confident that I can come to this office to get the questions I need answered.
They will wait to truly see if you need a colonoscopy but in the end it's just to ensure that you really need one.
