Dr. Mansell has a bland personality but cares about you. He is a good listener; however extremely busy. One time I called on rectal bleeding, on a Friday; I did not receive a call back until Sunday around 11:30 at night. He was very exhausted and probably overworked. Very professional but individualized. Before my colonoscopy he found out I was Christian and actually asked if he could say a prayer before the procedure. That mean a lot to me. The office staff is extremely busy but helpful. They appear understaffed. They are the only office in Butte county that takes County Medical Services Program or CMSP.
