Excellent Doctor who helped me in identifying the disease and suggested perfect medicines and undergoing treatment with him since last 4 years.
Dr. Prasanna use to work in St.Johns Hospital Bangalore when i went to see him. Now he is serving in Appolo Hoipital Bannerghatta Road.
He is very flexible,good listerner and a through professional who guides very well for the patients and suggest best medicies and side effects.
I was treated with medicines like Budez-cr and Walasa and due to some side effects like hyperactive etc later changed to Rowasa along with Protein powder and it is perfectly going fine.
I also learnt over a period which food gets well with me etc. so able to manage day to day work along with professional work perfectly.
Water melons and any other melons,Moosombi (Sweet Lemon),Apple are the best fruits for me.
Food Rice,Chapathis,mild vegetable (Carrot,beans)Curry will go well.
Curd and Butter milk are my best friends as well.
Avoid oily,spicy,corbonated drinks like coke,pepsi etc
