Dr. Buser and his nurses/staff are always great to me. I live 30 minutes away from his office so we do most everything by phone and I go in for an office visit about once a year. Someone usually answers whenever I call, but if I have to leave a message someone usually gets back to me with in an hour or two. They are super proactive. So important when you’re flaring. Even if Dr. Buser isn’t there that day, they can get another doctor to help out that day.
